ASEF is pleased to invite practising journalists from all ASEM countries to apply for the ASEF Journalists’ Workshop on “Asia-Europe Media Connectivity: Collaborating on Digital Journalism” to be held, October 4-7, 2016, in Madrid, Spain. The Workshop offers an opportunity for 15 journalists (from Asia and Europe), to come together to share their professional media experiences and perspectives on handling digital connectivity from national and regional levels.
The theme will focus on media connectivity between Asia and Europe and the media’s responsibility in connecting communities and sharing information. The discussions will explore current trends in digital media and the role of journalism in reflecting and facilitating connectivity among diverse communities.
Cost
- Travel to and from Madrid, accommodations, and conference meals will be covered by the organisers. Conditions apply.
