The Lasker Foundation will be accepting nominations for the 2017 Lasker Awards. The Lasker Awards will be offered in three categories in 2017: Basic Medical Research, Clinical Medical Research, and Public Service. The awards are intended to recognize contributions that have opened new fields of research, advancing novel concepts or their applications in a particular biomedical discipline. These advances may consist of a specific contribution or a long series of contributions that demonstrate the nominees’s significant leadership towards the development of research concepts or their clinical application.
Eligibility
- Open to among public health professionals, policy makers, scientists, journalists, government leaders, and advocates.
Nomination Process
There are two ways to submit a nomination:
